All digital products such as eBooks, downloads, guides, and courses are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased. Due to their electronic nature, we cannot accept cancellations or returns for digital items. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, incompatibility with your device, or failure to download caused by your internet connection or device limitations. However, if you encounter technical issues such as a broken file or download error, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will review your request and, if valid, provide you with assistance or a replacement file.
For organic products, returns or replacements are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, expired, or if an incorrect item has been delivered. Customers must notify us within 3–5 days of receiving their order and provide details along with photographic proof of the issue. To qualify for a return, products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Once a return or replacement request is approved, we will process the refund or arrange for a replacement within 7–10 business days. Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used during purchase, and processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that certain cases are not eligible for refunds or returns. These include opened or used organic products (for hygiene and safety reasons), delays caused by incorrect address details or courier services beyond our control, and successfully downloaded digital products.
